How we prepare our tools
1 · 90% Alcohol Disinfection
Surfaces and suitable tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with 90% alcohol between every guest.
2 · Heated Cabinet (Up to 80°C)
Towel warming cabinet heated up to 80°C keeps fresh towels warm and clean for service.
3 · UV Light Cabinet
An added hygiene step: tools are kept in our UV cabinet supporting surface sanitization before use.
4 · Individual Tool Pouches
Each set of metal tools is stored in its own clean pouch until opened fresh for your appointment.
5 · 4-Piece Single-Use Care Kit
A brand new personal kit for every guest: nail file, buffer, foot file, and toe separators.

If your gel lifts, cracks or chips because of a technical fault within 7 days, we repair it free of charge at any of our 3 branches. Impact damage is not included. This wording is used on purpose, so you can see exactly what is covered, how long the cover lasts, and which branch you can visit, without guessing from a short promise.
The cover applies to gel that lifts, cracks or chips because of a technical fault, and it lasts for 7 days from the day of your service. You do not need to return to the same branch where you had your nails done, because the same wording applies at Son Tra, An Hai and An Thuong. If you are unsure whether a problem counts, ask the team to look at your nails first.
Damage from a knock, heavy work or an accident is not part of this cover, and the team will explain that plainly when you visit. Visit within 7 days and tell the team where and when you had the service, so they can check your nails and confirm what happened. Staff speak English and Vietnamese, and you can message first on WhatsApp if you want to ask before you travel.

LENA has 3 branches in Da Nang: Son Tra at 89 Pham Tu, An Hai at 211/88 Nguyen Van Thoai, and An Thuong at 34 An Thuong 3. All 3 branches are open daily from 8:30 to 20:30, and the same hygiene routine and the same gel guarantee wording apply at each branch. Choose the branch that suits where you are staying, and ask the team if you are unsure which one to visit.
You can message the team on WhatsApp at +84 799 144 968 to ask about a time, a service, or which branch to visit. Gel and nail art are taken until about 1 hour before closing, so an evening visit for gel is still possible if you arrive in time. Walk-ins are welcome, and a message in advance helps the team plan your visit.
Staff speak English and Vietnamese, so you can ask about the kit, the cleaning routine, or the guarantee in either language. If you need a pedicure, gloves are worn for pedicures, and for a manicure you can ask your technician to wear gloves. The team can also show the fresh kit and the pouch for metal tools before your service starts.
